Depeche Mode vydají remixovou lahůdku, přispěl i Wilder
Na chystaném pokračování Remixes 2: 81-11 se dostane i na remixy písní z posledních dvou alb Playing The Angel a Sounds of The Universe, objeví se tu ale také zbrusu nové verze legendárních hitů.
Skladbu Personal Jesus například nově zremixovali Alex Metric nebo The Stargate, píseň Never Let Me Down Again zase přetvořil Eric Prydz. Exkluzivní remixy dodali i někdejší spoluhráči Vince Clarke a Alan Wilder, což věrní příznivci Depeche Mode jistě ocení.
Soubor Remixes 2: 81-11, který vyjde hned ve třech různých verzích, je dalším důkazem toho, jak důležitou a inspirativní kapelou Depeche Mode byli a jsou. Patřili k průkopníkům syntezátorové hudby, spoludefinovali hudební styl a ovlivnili několik generací muzikantů i posluchačů. A jako autorita jsou uctíváni i dnes. Za svůj vzor je považuje nejedna "trendy" a prudce "cool" kapela, od amerických experimentátorů Yeasayer, až třeba k tuzemským Cartonnage...
